My name’s Greg. I’ve already graduated from tx state but I still frequent san marcos. I know a couple decent players there, one of which plays UMVC3 and SF4AE. I can give you their contact info if you’re interested. It’s a small town, so getting together to practice shouldn’t be too difficult. We’re gonna try to start taking things seriously and heading up to Austin at least every other week for Ranbats at UFO Arcade, but money and transportation is a prob. Anybody in San Marcos still play umvc3? I feel like I’m the only one who plays this, so I feel like I’m the best in town. I’m hoping to be proven wrong.
Wish you guys could take a bus up to Austin and play with us at UFO. I dont know how often that flyer bus runs though.
Whens the best time to go to UFO? I went for that SBO qualifier they had. That was before I knew how to play though.
Friday and Saturday nights, 8pm to 2am. tons of people playing 3rd strike, kof 13, super turbo, blazblue and persona usually.
