I am noticing this problem with north cal with the exception of NCR (which is more than a month out) there are no north cal ST or HDR tourney’s …whats up with that…it is still apart of EVO so then there need to be regular tourney’s for it.
Get back to me on that (who ever is running this). If I have to get votes to do it then fine (hopefully i won’t have to).

Exactly but someone else will need to bring that stuff cause i don’t have it. All i have is an EX Hori 2 stick that i use for my computer on GGPO ST which does work for XBox 360. So could some one else bring the xbox 360 and TV so we can have an HDR tourney?

Ey man, rule 1 around here is if you’re gonna ask someone why said game isn’t at their tourney should AT LEAST be able and willing to provide the setup for it. Just sayin’.
On the other hand, I do remember that SFSU used to provide some TVs on carts for some of the old console tournies. I haven’t seen that TV in a while though so I dunno if it’s still around or if they still let em use it. I’ll bug Poolchic about it.

Well this’ll be on a Saturday. If it were Friday I wouldn’t take that bet but I’m not sure if that group of players meets on Saturdays.
Homey, I don’t know how long you’ve been on the HDR scene, but your SRK join date doesn’t say a lot to me. You definitely haven’t been to the recent HDR tourneys in Concord, and I’m guessing you probably haven’t attended the Fuddrucker’s Tourneys in the summer.
As one of the guys who’s down with the HDR scene, I’ll tell you that I agree that HDR definitely hasn’t been getting as much love as SF4, but I understand why. I love the game, and I can merc anyone in Norcal hard (unless you’re an OG and your last name is Choi).
The thing is, this is an ARCADE TOURNAMENT. The host has been kind enough to host a tournament on his machines, and is even letting the community set up equipment to stream the tourney. The least you could do is have some tact, and not come posting in with a thumbs down, complaining, and can’t even bring much to help out the scene.
Maybe if you asked nicely and had a better attitude about it, you could make things work.
hahahaha this is an arcade tourney. There are tournies for HDR as well, you just have to look out for them. Or set one up your self :wonder:
