The Metreon has the closest arcade in that area. Here are the fighters they have off the top of my head:

Tekken 5
Virtua Fighter 4 EVO
KOF 2000
SFII Championship Edition
There might be more (or less) though. I haven’t been there in months.

From what I hear, Metreon is trash. If you can manage to get to the Sunset district, SFSU has an arcade there with 3S. Problem is, it’s closed right now. I believe it opens Jan 2nd, though. I’m probably going to try to make it out there at one point. Anyway, I hope you’re enjoying SF.
True, the metreon is starting to ditch their best games for the more casual ones. But SFSU’s arcade is amazing. They got 3rd Strike AND GGX2 AC.
