I agree Cody, I can’t play and host… I mean I can’t play period but you get me. Top 8 was good.
Also cody, I feel the Draft is good for the city but I also feel that we are to comfortable playing each other. EVERY tournament you should be better than the last tournament. Aslo don’t be content with losing to a top player or also almost top 8’ing. I don’t play enough to get really good but I play enough that if you take me lightly you just might lose(not likely but you get me). Just ask Lacey and Alexman (No disrespect). I’m not good at all but after my Alexman loss I had folks sit down and show me the little things I needed to learn like Kara throws, counter hit setups, and footsies. Casuals shouldn’t jus be casuals, casuals should be “how many can I get in a row” if you win 5 straight and then next go you win 2 and your off, that 5 doesn’t count anymore. If you haven’t won evo… You should never be satisfied.
I want to be clear in saying that if anyone is talking shit mid match about you or your poor(read: very poor) performance. Do not get mad at them. Get mad at you because you lost. Talking shit should be already be well understood in the Fighting Game Commune.
It makes the game fun and matches much more hype. Besides, I’m Loky. The Norse god of Mischief, duh.

ttf has been around for fighting games for awhile for tekken 5, 3rd strike, and cvs2
but since it blew up during street fighter iv in febuary of 2008
the last friday of every febuary will be the anniversary of ttf
i might have casuals/tourney non ran bat and maybe pot luck or might do nothing

@Sam - shrug I’m god like with Gouken. I’m not good at super, i can never stress that enough. With marvel I’ll just play with a few characters that i like, we’ll see what happens from there.

@laceysan thanks a lot man. I think I will host weekly regardless. Even if I don’t get as much attendees as much on those days, I’ll still be open and if anyone want’s to come afterwards I’ll hold a spot and see what’s up. I’m hosting mainly for Marvel anyways, so yeah.
