Hey Kinker, sorry you have such a hard time finding casuals but, the first post accurately describes the regular sessions held in San Diego. Mondays at CO, Tuesdays at Box (although this is on hold due to a large move and settling in), Wed at TTF.
The non regular sessions are posted in this thread, for example Stein hosts at his place every so often. Hopefully that helps out.
EDIT: In addition, a lot of people are focusing on league play at the moment, so team captains are arranging sessions with their members in order to develop them as players. This naturally will lead to more casual sessions in addition to the regular ones posted.
