And yeah Sean Cyke is the man. Extremley Underrated in my opinion. Two quick hints:
With Cyke vs. Sent if you duck under a rocket punch you can catch him with the kick super, kinda like GNS.
With Cyke vs. Cable, Cyke’s df hk launcher will beat out Cable’s jhk so remember that.
huh, i didn’t know about that? Thats pretty cool, with cyclops i always jump in the air when it comes to fighting cable, i always HK in the air, and hope he doesn’t shoot me. Yeah, i’ll be at the gameroom tommorow for a little while. See you there fox or whoever goes:tup:.

hope the controls aint fucked on either side, when sean, abe and I were playing it the wk was fucked up on the right side, then i found out i couldent block on the left side, that also sucked, so they both suck ass either way:tdown:. I hope they fix it by then. I see ya’ll there around 6:00 p.m or so.
I had to trade some dough with the Papa John’s on Culebra yesterday and there just happened to be a Diversions right next door… so I crashed that shit while in uniform and played some Marvel. They have some strange version of the game… the controls worked. I was using Ruby/Doom/Cyke against this big guy’s Rogue/Colossus/Cable. Smoked him the first game, but the second game came down to my 1/4 bar Cyclops and his 3/4 Cable. He was trying to stall for time so I just kept pressuring with jumping RH’s and double jumps. He kept spamming AHVB’s so I busted out the Optic Blast to Supah Optic Blast buffer. I then had a pixel of health and he still had like a little bit left. He botched another AHVB and then Cyclops did that little three-point stance of his. One Running Tackle later, I am the victor. j/k I crossed him up with that dropkick and comboe’d for the win. I then left to go back to work, but I invited him to drop by SWM and play some non-jobbers.
Gotta get to school, but I might drop by tonight if I’m not too tired.
You work at Papa Johns or something? Anyway, Culebra is my stomping ground. I don’t go often and when I do go no one but the MvC2 regulars (Chong, Gene, etc) will play me. I usually don’t go to play anything, I just go to talk with my buddy Victor at the counter, but I’m open to all comers if I’m there and have some tokens to blow. So if you see a fat guy at the counter talking to the employee, that’s me. Just come up and I’ll be more than happy to give you a couple of rounds. :tup:

the sticks by the way are kinda ehh. 2nd player is ok. I’m not too sure about first player and i really dont want to bother asking to look at it since it wont do much.

yeah, A-Man is tough but not that tough, but i am still not fast enough to do the Sentinel and Capcomm combo, this tourney for sure i am going to beat him.

That guy I played was this black guy with some Orlando Jones-ish hair. I saw him on KOF 2002 a little earlier, so he may be better in that area. He was like twice my size. And yes, I work at Papa John’s; and no, I won’t give you free pizza ( unless you like 5-hour old reject pizzas).
Sin and Fox: Yeah, good games fellas! Guess I’ll have to break down and learn that damn robot though… with his stupid Frying Pan and Cheese Ball attacks. I’m probably going to sit this next tourney out since I’m kinda busy with midterms and work, but I’ll be ready for the next one. I’ll still put up the box of OCP’s for first prize though.

And not knowing Sent is not a big deal. My Sent is pretty much crap and I still play well. Just the trick is to learn to play AGAINST him and you should be ready to go.
