Sorry to bump in guys, but isnt Colossus dead from some kind of mutant diesease in Uncanny X-men 392? I havent read comics since Uncanny X-men 304 where they fought Magneto. I got 392 because I heard he died in that issue. I will soon auction all my X-men comics out soon.

And Colossus had died after sacrificing himself to release the cure for the Legacy Virus. Probably the most honorable Marvel death IMO.

i went to gamers edge and its not as bad as i thought with the price and all. i just figured the price out and all and its worth it…
i play maybe 3 people that are regulars at GE in 3s… expected better but were ok. i got my ass handed to me in TTT by ?turliz? Badly but i never get beat that badly wasnt my night but he was way better than I was…i wanted to play 3s more and GGXX and CvS2. But everybody was TTT fanatics…
so it was very fun playing on a 60inch TV even though they only have 1 now(GAY!!!)

hey sean, if you want, i can teach you how to play with sentinel, because if you play with sentinel you can pretty much have an advantage against a lot of characters. Cable and storm are the only X-Men that stand against the mutant killer, you can also learn how to play with them, their not that difficult to learn with. it is cool if you don’t want to learn how to play with him. but still you have a good chance against top,semi,middle,semi, low tier charaters, but watch out!! Tony’s Magneto can out run him sometimes :sad: and joe’s Rogue can go threw a lot of attacks and can kill you with t.bonne assist sometimes :sad: , even i have trouble playing against them with sentinel,. i say (in my opinion) that sentinel is better than storm:tup:, that is what i think? Sentinel can wipe out a lot of characters:tup:, mostly.
Playing with power isn’t everything it is all about stratagy that is what i think:tup::wgrin:.

Well each of us here pretty much has thier own characters, so as to asking for advice I’ll try to break it down:
Sent: Tony, he has decent control over him and halts rushdown with well timed j fp’s and keeping people on the ground with the fp laser and all that.
Doom: I don’t know if any of us in SA plays that great of a Doom really, but I have a few combo vids I could give you.
Cyke: I play a decent Cyke, minus the infinite that is, and Tony does too. He’s really a great character and really underrated in my opnion.
Mag: Tony, obviously.
Storm: Again, either Tony or I. I think I play a better rushdown Storm, but Tony has a more paitent Storm, baiting assists and punishing with hailstorm and all that. He’s also better at doing runaway than I am.
Colossus: All Rudy.
Cammy: I don’t think anyone here in SA has that great a Cammy really. I have some combo vids though if you want.
Cable: Ditto.
If you have any specific questions you can either ask any one of us or go to the character specific threads in the strategy zone. Those, along with vids, are always really helpful.
hey joe don’t forget your Rogue, your rogue fucks us up most of the time assist or no assist, she is still deadly. the only ones i see at the gameroom play with rogue is twin-robert,DBZ-chris, and yourself.
hey sean, joe has a very deadly rogue, one bad move and thats it, your out of here:sad:. i am still trying to find a assist or something that will get her off guard.
I also say that twin-anthony has a good cammy, but cammy is easy since that advice you told me joe, that was so simple, BLOCK LOW!!!
common sense, right? so anyways sean, cammy is a good character but the people that use her at diversions use her wrong, well? not wrong but they don’t go for tricks and strategy, they just want to kick your ass, yeah it works but not after the first time they already done it. So i say that Sent/cyke/doom will be a good team sean, just when you have cyke try not to send him out to much in battle, saves your ass from specials or TRONNE assist(scary:sweat:). hope this advice that we are telling you helps you. but you have plenty of time to practice before the next tourney. Remember a good player is a smart player, which i am not sometimes because i get to carryed away. so use this well.

Try to learn how to play with sentinel, it pisses off a lot of people, remember an annoying (:annoy:) sentinel is a good sentinel. try, when in training c.HK then rocket punch(diagonal)then do a Hyper Sentinel Force(HSF) then HP and HSF. if you pull this off, it is nearly a killer combo :wasted: , but try not to do it to much because of the damage buffering, try to DHC into onther super with cyclops.:tup: or something
but be aware of Joseph’s deadly and beutiful ROGUE. :amazed: :sad:
and be aware of Tony’s fearsome MAGNETO. :amazed: :sad:
and of some of the peoples mutant killer SENTINEL.::amazed: :sad:

Lol:lol:, thats funny exxodus, yeah sentinel is a little bitch, he would probably get owned by most characters because i don’t really like him in the comics he sucks and has stupid mutant killing tactics, but in the game he is badass, but if it wasn’t for his sentinel force or HSF, he would suck ass.
