People complaining about some of Ukyo’s buttons being punishable on hit up close (2C, 5C). But at the same time, there’s a better option than those in situations where they would be punishable on hit - TK Tsubame. Basically just back throw TK Tsubame instead of 2Cing after (5B xx 236S works as well).

Okay, so I’m considering trying Yoshitora when I get home from work. I heard he’s one of the more complicated characters. What should I know about him before I start?
PSA: SamSho’s season pass is currently completely free in the PlayStation Store. It’s probably a mistake either on Sony’s or SNK’s side, but in case you weren’t planning to get the game before June 30th - you can basically grab the 4 future DLC charas at no extra cost

I see a lot of yoshitora and ukyo right now, but I feel like galford is really good. And that new shield character seems like she can make some pretty nasty setups. I think later in the game pressure characters will be the best.
I really hope they add rera and the kazama’s.
Does the game have built in input lag? Does any sort of tier list exist yet?

The game apparently has very low input lag (an issue that was pretty huge in the beta and then rapidly got fixed when people complained). As for tier lists… it’s day 1. I’ve heard only good things about Genjuro, Charlotte and Tamtam, and only horrible things about Kyoshiro though.

Tank doenst play SamSho much anymore but he still hangs around. Neinhalt/Siles still does tho and he’s the best player I’ve ever faced and that includes the Japanese & Koreans I’ve played too. Kardboard King pops up every now and then, and even Mauve will jump on Fightcade here and there, but he’s largely over SamSho these days unfortunately. In1996 (don’t know what his name was before) “retired” at some point last year because KBK would always turn him down for games 
Wu Ruixiang is a fun character. I don’t know that she’s that good, she has trouble opening people up, but she’s definitely one of the characters I’ll pick up as a pocket character for sure.

Wan fu has a decorated stone pillar. I’m a bit upset it doesn’t look like a section of pillar cause he just stole some support from a fancy but short house.
Cool enough, anyway. Pillar Wan-fu is probably the most iconic Wan-fu, so it was a strong choice.

Wu definitely looks like she’ll have some nightmare match-ups. If a character has an answer for her zoning she doesn’t look like she has much to fall back on.
