Title ^. Also, I’ve been hunting around guides and whatnot, because this game seems to have a much slower pace and looks like it rewards planning much more than reaction time. I am finding conflicting information on blocks, are they different for each character?

It’s not active. Hasn’t been active since like the first couple of months or so. Also, the netcode was horrid. You’re wrong with your assumption about the game though, it highly rewards reactions.
