Still have the collection for PS2. SS2, 5SP, LB2 & Ninja Master’s always gave for fun casuals after some 3s/cvs2 sessions. Mainly always end up switching between Cham Cham, Ukyo, Genjuro & Shizumaru on my side. I wanted to know though if you guys had some good tourney footage, only found a few SS4, SS5SP & SS6 vids on the tube & was thinking about hittin’ this up again lately.
What’s going on regarding online play for SS? I personally want to play some SSVSP.
I wish my pc is strong enough to emulate Asura zanmaden lol.
If you want to play SS5sp online, you should register both on Supercade and GGPO, then use GGPO SS4 room as a chat to find SS5sp competition for Supercade (since GGPO has no SS5sp and Supercade has no means to communicate)
As for Asura Zanmaden, you just need to buy as much ram as possible, lol. Dual core is a must too, but nowadays its pretty much a standart.

Well the online sucks for afew reasons.1. Only a handfull of good players and they are all from japan.2. There is alot of delay and in sen most combo’s take every little frame you can get. I stopped playing cause poeple would just complain about my style of play. One guy told me a grabbed to much … The online play is just like soulcalibure 4.
Ill ask you sometime, on another note i learned soemthing very ineteresting about TV’s in europe. In usa and china tv’s run at 60 fps. But in europe they run on 50 FPS meaning in street fighter links are easier… Have you heard this before? It means playing on a tv in europe is obsolete if you are playing video games.

That was only the case till the early '90s. Nowadays it’s of course all the same. Otherwise you wouldn’t be able to play with Europeans (or other 50 Hz users) due to massive lag (its a difference of 10 fps at last). And most games were adapted to the PAL-format and ran at the same speed as their 60 Hz counterparts anyways.

GGs to BS in SS0sp (yesterday) and SSII (today).
Glad my Charlotte and Nak have gotten better (in both games).
So now that 5sp is on GGPO I guess I should start playing it for something other than single player now. So far I’m liking Rera and Yoshitora, any advices for the two of them?
