I tried to play with mauve like a year ago he said he was to busy… I havet played him since the 2nd hs.net tourney lol. I wounder if there little crew still plays. I dont think they do with mbac in EVO now. I played pockets about 6 monthes ago on 2dfighter.com. He seem to not have been playing but i still thought he was ok. I should post some of those matches. The thing is i used random vs him and i dont know if there are good matches

I started playing ssf4, i am gona go to this tourney in cleveland on the 26th so i am practicing really hard for that. I like to come to this thread and just relax. Its nice to see poeple who actully have opinions on samurai shodown Anyways im not giving up on samsho. But i have to go to tournaments to get poeple to play samurai shodown , so i figured i might as well pick up ssf4. When ss6 gets put online some way i will be back in the samsho world full swing Till then ill try to get casauls out of poeple at tournaments.
We can do SSVsp and SS2 on supercade sometime, m216xlegends, but I can’t host. I don’t really like SSIV, though.

On a kinda unrelated note, when i first started posting ss5sp matches online they sucked. But it didnt stop me from posting matches. And infact it made me strive to be better.

Yeah, now that I can finally get on GGPO/Supercade consistently I can finally start putting time back into SSVsp/SS2. And I love to record shit so now that I’ve got the supercade replay thing down I can upload and get critiques (something I really couldn’t do back in Germany).
Like I was saying to BS over MSN earlier, I don’t mind his Suijia/rim runaway…I love trying to beat various fighting styles. Usually when people run from me in other games it does make me angry…but here I’m fine with it. I was pretty patient in the RIM/NAK vid…but I got greedy at the end.

Was this a problem with 2DF as well? Overall, supercade is a step down from 2DF…
That was the most nice way you could of put that The problem with hs.net is all the poeple who really love samurai shodown dont get along or dont care about it any more. It would be like if sanford and justin wong didnt get along. And out of nowhere diago just quit playing lol. When ss6 gets emulated or put on xbl the samsho community will pick back up. Till then im gona start attending tourneys and try to get samurai shodown casuals poping off
ok here are some casuals of me vs pockets. ALittle backround in these matches. I hadnt played pockets in like 2 years before this. And actully because it was played on supercade i didnt even know it was pockets till i said ggs and quit and his name was on the replay.

That me (hanzo) vs mauve(yunfie) match is like 4 years old. I dont even think he uses hanzo. I am not sure but i think his main is actully rera.

I don’t think that is the issue; when I opened the new HS, we actually have a lot of ppl coming back. I don’t know why after we switched back to the old one, no one comes back.
About ss6 on xbl… I hate xbox controller seriously. If ss6 comes out on xbl I don’t think I want to play.
K I’m starting to get a little concerned/confused…Ponder adds SSIV. Cool, good lookin’. But I was starting to think that was just a stepping stone in preparation for him adding Vsp. But it’s been a month now and it’s still not on ggpo. Getting nervous Ponder 
Well i don’t own a console so i cant play ssf4. I play sf4 on PC and i play with God 2.0 when i see him online. Now sf4 is dying out so i’m back to 3rd strike.
I will still play samsho from time to time but supercade having no chat and lobbies makes it very hard to find opponents.
btw I am playing samsho sen on xbox with a 4:3 TV at home and the font size of the text in the game is extremely small. I have also played the game on plasma 16:9 TVs in school and there was no such problem. Is there a way to solve it?
For that reason we seek opponents in SS4 GGPO room, and then play with them on Supercade

Quickie question: How was the online for Sen? I’m watching this guy’s videos [media=youtube]z3lkyUJq_xg&feature=related[/media] and the connection looks pretty decent, haven’t heard anything (so far) about lag. I don’t think you can see your opponents ping, but has anyone here tested out like the highest ping you could play against without lag? I would assume around 80-100. I’m not expecting GGPO where you could go 200+.
