is Kens forward-mk, cr. mk spam punishable? when blocking
Ken’s f+MK is -2 on block, +1 on hit. So yeah if you block it you can beat his c.MK with your own. On hit a jab or short will come out on the same frame as his c.MK if you both do it at the next available frame, have a feeling c.LP would probably win but think it’s more likely that you’d be a bit slow to retaliate and come out slower than his attack. Could EX Shou through it quite easily if you want to be risky
is there any Data or List on Sweep ranges?
i am getting tired of sweep whiffing then getting sweeped from opponent from the same distance.
Don’t believe so. You can play around in training mode to familiarize yourself with the range but generally it’s not a move you want to be throwing out randomly.
I usually use c.MK xx Hadouken if I think they’re in c.MK range, outside c.MK range is the sexy c.MK xx Shou counter poke.

Don’t think it’s anything to do with invincibility, however if you use LK Super she’ll cover less ground in total than HK Super. LK Super from other side of the screen won’t reach your opponent if I remember correctly but HK will.
what exactly is an option select? and what are sakura’s (if that makes sense)
after doing the jumping rh reset can you cross-under mid-screen if so how do i go about doing it? cause i don’t want to give up damage/stun when going for resets to use the lp reset.
Can only cross under against certain characters with j.HK but I also think it puts you at a disadvantage, you can get jabbed out of the follow up for example.
If you want a 50/50 mix-up use the j.LK or s.LP one since you should be able to land meaty attacks.
Hey, I’m a Viper player and I’ve been messing around with Sakura and I really want to get her down now.
Can anyone point me in the right direction on what I should be working on, I feel so lost here.

I do st.lk > qcb+KK
no buffering. Same for shouoken.
Is there any reason to use st.lk over c.lk?
edit: to link lk shunpu to ex shunpu obviously… not just standing around, throwing out short kicks for the hell of it
I try to use s.LK for all LK Shunpuu links because it’s the easiest one to do Sometimes I’ll get a c.LK instead but not a huge deal if the timing is still right I’ll just get a bit less damage for it (hopefully will still be in range).
whoa, All this time, I’ve been thinking c.lk was the easier way (because I can do it)
As it is, I only go for the c.hp link in training mode for any hypothetical IRL matches I may ever have, online I’m all about lk, but I guess I’ll have to start attempting the standing version… more damage, and an extra frame to work with… good times.
i need to train that, i don’t like moves that begin with neutral stickposition.
momentarily i prefer, Forward lk , half circle , hk/ex.
actually for me it feels easier to input cr.hp,s.hp-> lk shunpu than s.lk
