Both SA1 and 3 have the one frame startup and SA2 has 2.
Because of that its impossible to link SA2 off of a Dartshot. If he could link that off of dartshot and actually have some juggle capabitlity with it, i could see it being seriously used. Too bad it would still suck compared to the vastly superious SA3 and even 1.

I take it SA3 has more EX useage ?
So basically both supers are good but SA3 is just a bit better because of more EX and just being a safer super.
