Sagat’s tools have not really changed. Just his damage. Basically you can adjust match-ups by .5 points where damage REALLY mattered or TK traps REALLY mattered. Other match-ups don’t change. The match-ups that changed the MOST were vs Blanka and Rose since stand short ate them alive, but he still has slight advantage on them so who cares. Rose MIGHT be even.

I for one haven’t been too worried about the nerf because I still suck as bad as I ever did, but I was playing around in training and figured out that anti air hp TU does 160, mp TU does 140 and lp does 100. EX does 200. depth doesn’t seem to matter anymore on non ex version damage. anti air AS TU is unchanged
