MvC2 sticks at CSUS work fine, for the time being, so if you’ve got nowhere else to go, you can go there. Not much comp though…

I’m really sorry everybody. I won’t be able to go to EVO. SO you guys gonna have to count me out. I found out from the academy that I will be doing testing all that week next week. I kinda knew that it would happen in august. I just didnt’ know when. Well at least there will only be 4 of you guys now. So it won’t be so gay at the Shilo Inn. I really wanted to go tho. BUt you know, duty calls.

okay: gonna be $88/night for the hotel, because i’m cool, so that’s about $22 a night per person (and $88 total per person over the course of the weekend). only 2 beds though, so we’re either going to become very close, or we will flip quarters or take turns with them. hotel reservation is in my secret asexual deity name, so i think you guys are gonna need me there. likewise ya’ll need to be present to pay if at all possible.
hopefully i’ll get to the shilo inn by like 3:30 or 4 pm, so urienator, you need to call me or something to let me know approximately when you all will be arriving. this is really important. I’m leaving for work in like an hour, but i’ll be getting home like 11:30 or midnight, and i can either call you back then (leave your phone #), or i can pm you here. you won’t be able to get in touch with me tommorow morning, because my greyhound leaves at like 3am.
typing on dreamcast controller sucks. speaking of which, the only fighting game i have right now is soul calibur, so even though i’m bringing my dc, bring games if possible. i’d bring my vga adaptor, but my monitor is too big too take with me.

Beat, I don’t think there is anything here in Sac worth playing at. The only one is at Scandia off of Madison and 80. It doesn’t have a CVS2 machine but it has a MVC2 machine with only has a small cabinet, one token per play. No stools. Has good sticks and all buttons work. But rarely anyone goes to play that machine on any given day so I think it might be a waste of your time to come here to Sac.
