There was one video where Clock vs. Justin in casuals in an Evo tourney disc. I’m not sure which one it was. Clockw0rk, even though it may have seem like a mistake and I remember thoroughly he had admitted the mistake as well, was countering Cable wave dashing, turning around and AHVB in the face

There are times where the other opponent will notice the Strider pattern. If you teleport to the other side without Doom or Sentinel, he will just wave dash to the side you were just on.
Continuing with the usual long bomb -> orbs tactic. Cable will get out of the long bomb range and AHVB you. In order to counter this in a way, you can use Short Bomb if the opponent has wave dash twice by accident and jumped forward. It’ll hit work and scare the opponent, giving them an even more fear against Strider.

Yeah, I wish I could put up vids of me vs Sanford/Yipes/SmoothViper/Wong, but I don’t have the luxury of recording them.
J360 is really good. It goes both ways in our match. I put up the matches that I won so I could use it as a strider tutorial. But aside from that, I like to put up my winnings against him because of the fact that he’s a really tough opponent and he can fight the trap really well.
He’s up there though, trust me.
I don’t post vids because I don’t want my shit to get stolen.
I know he’s good so don’t think i’m trying to call him crappy lol. I even stole some of what he was doing. It just looks like he attacks TOO much sometimes and he eats a trap pattern for it. I asked for the better players because they’ll more than likely won’t go for the some of things he was. I just want to see how you play when you get under some serious pressure.

no offense taken but me and snake play alot and sometimes we just go random cause its casual and its mostly experimenting on cheap shit that works thats pretty much it. if you want we can play at final round so you can see whether ima ny top player or not :wgrin:
