yes, actually i saw it being used once and followed up with super against akuma which kills akuma regardless of his health
not to say things about others as i don’t really care but its kinda funny and sad how people argues about simple stuff while capcom is the one that is doing the thing that they think is right

make ultra 2 time less damaging for all the cast( ultra is free so even 200 domage free is already good and if someone is loosing he should not be able to come back with a safe shoryu or TU, 2*360 throw that deal 600 domage)

That enough for me. Just as ultra david said Ryu take advantage of the mechanic of this game. just like zanghief having a level 3 every round and sagat dealing extra damage.
so more than ryu change the game mechanic will be better. ryu is good as it is even if i will be super happy to have the 3S kick with a ex version that make bounce the oponment( jump hp, cr hp ex kick bounce shoryu fadc ulta 3 ex …)
if they make the 3s kick make the ex version armor that will be enough we don t need a bounce…

I wonder how metsu shoryuken would look if the rumours are true. That would make ryu even more powerful by having a long range and short range ultra. Can’t wait till tommorow or oct. 1st for possible news
Huh, never saw that before, I’d dig it as an alternate Ultra. Last two parts are definitely like Gouken’s, albeit less flashy naturally. It would be nuts if they let you build up the Ultras simultaneously and hit the SRK one, land and do the original as they are falling. Massive damage scaling in tow of course. Still would be cool to see linked.
I still want Ryu’s kick that sends the guy into the side of the stage and bouncing back at you from 3s. Totally see that linking into an Ultra in a variety of ways.
Ryu just need EX hurricane bug fixed and DP Trade Ultra after that he doesn’t need anything.
Ryu goes 5/5 or 6/4 against the cast (not many 6/4’s except against low tier and Rufus ). Really if you leave him be when you buff the low tier he’ll be fine. Fighting game developers need to learn that when you nerf one c haracter but buff another you don’t necessarily make them equal : / ,

Srk SHOULD have Throw INVINCIBILITY all the way up. It’s funny how srk can be thrown in the air on the way up.
Bring Back Joudan Kick, with Ex that absorbs 1 hit.

Tatsu should be like in 3rd strike. Can’t be hit by crouching attack except something like uppercuts (eg : shotos’ D.HP)
Others are fine, though we all know that capcom might weakening Ryu in SSFIV based on too many complains about Sagat, Seth, and Ryu… too many Ryu players overal.
