Second one is Rolento. At the 0:23 mark you can see the barrel & steel grating floor from his A2 stage.

The basketball and the fish are probably just teasers for the stages.
But the character is clearly Rolento imo. The boot, the belt etc.
Sean wear karate belts. But this one is a heavy belt.

What if they are actually teasing 3 characters in that one trailer? Rolento, Sodom AND Sean? I could see Capcom pairing him up with Ibuki and the partner for Rolento is Sodom. hmmmm

Because they will probably show the full cinematic trailer from E3 and this trailer will reveal Asuka and Lili for Tekken side. So together with Heihachi, there will be 3 characters from Tekken @TGS.
And they like to even it up, so we might also see 3 SF characters then.

Then they will probably reveal something like costume customization. Like changing color in CvS2 and getting default clothing and knowing capcom they’ll probably give us 2-3 sets and the rest DLC.
