Maybe they team him up with nobody. He could be the playable boss character for the SF side (like Seth in SF4).
Or they team him up with Bison.
My guess is if Bison makes it, they’ll team him up with one of his henchmen, either Balrog or Vega. Juri is possible too, but storywise it’s 50/50 because she wants him dead (what she did with Seth and taking over S.I.N…).
Akuma will probably become a boss. I can’t really see to find a fitting partner for him, since he dislikes anyone who seems weak to face him.
There’s also practically no one else Sodom could be tied to. If anything, this makes hims less likely to get it, cause not only is he a relatively unknown character, but he has to be coupled with another unknown character to get in.

That picture is so blurry that it’s probably a pic of two monitors haha. Maybe one has Ibuki and the other has the Asuka/Lili vs. Chun/Cammy cinematic trailer.

I for one am especially admiring the finer details on the Blanka toy such as the lines on its arms. 
But that makes no sense, the teased character is on the other side.
That would mean Ibuki has 2 partners? 
That totally looks like Akuma., clothing color, arm and hair. Team Vortex in the house and now Ibuki = 16 year old male who thinks Akuma is the coolest.
Not only that, but if you look at the water directly to the left of Hugo’s head, I think I see Vega’s mask. Sakura is definitly visable, but I saw the mask first lol.

Take a look at Geki’s sprite from SF1-
What looks like green in that image could be his gauntlets but the blurring affected the color.

I for one think it’s asuka more than anyone else. i don’t think that pic is supposed to be ibuki’s partner. Maybe it’s from one of those trailers with multiple character reveals. :))
Multiple character reveals are always separated by franchise. Unless they changed that, that’s a Street Fighter character.
And personally? Those look like Elena’s legs to me. I can see a foot at the top.
