I’m the only one who thinks this probably, lol. Most ppl I talked to about it think its Juri Gen Mika. I have to disagree tho.
I’m bad at it too. and Its hard for me not to be biased. I just wanna say “OMG DANS IN IT, WHO CARES IF HES ON A SFIV STAGE AND HES DISCONFIRMED FUCK YOU”
That purple thing at the end, everyones saying its Gens pants.
Hes a badass character who takes a lot of skill to use. Plus I play yeb all the time so I’m I know what a good Gen plays like…and its fuckin nuts.
No idea on his partner though…Chun-Li doesnt work, shes already with cammy (Gen was a friend of her father) Yun and Yang may know him- he was friends with their Uncle Lee and probably taught Yun and Yang some of his moves. Akuma and him fought once, but idk if that matters.
Rather insulting since he’s been my main since SSFIV and neither of us have actually played SF x Tekken, let alone know how well he can put on pressure or his damage output.
Without the SFIV Grab range it’s going to be tough to make them want to crouch tech to get an actual hit in.
That’s really the only reason the command grab comes to mind, longer range and better damage than a regular grab means he gets his grab guessing games again.
EDIT: Also, I would feel bored as hell just pulling out high/low mixups whenever I have offensive advantage.
One of the reason’s I started maining Balrog in SSFIV is because of the lack of that, just doing a jump in and making them guess between low punch/overhead in every blockstring isn’t appealing for someone who likes Rog’s style.
My God, I totally forgot about the Alex/Remy rivalry. That would be a kickass team IMO. A shame that Remy isn’t that popular, most people just consider him to be a Guile/Charlie rip off (well, he is… Kind of…).
The Shadoloo characters can be joined together in many ways. Just wait for NYCC.
And if Urien is considered (would be nice), I’d tag him with Twelve for a “Master and slave” team. Lol.
Well, hes actually got a lot of distiguishing features High and Low sonic booms, plus two booms at a time. Also hes got a counter super, and hes got the Blue Kick move which makes him a lot more rushdown oriented and able to apply more pressure. His flash kick is the same tho (but less invul) and hes got similar supers… Regardless, I think he’d fit well in a game like this and having him and Alex for Team 3rd Strike would be bad ass.
Guile and Charlie are much closer to each other. An appropriate analogy would be Ryu and Ken as Guile and Charlie, and Remy as, say, Sakura.
Yup, I’m really excited for all the reveals! Haha.
That’d be a really sick team lol. Urien and Twelve would be really interesting in this game Aegis Reflector alone would be crazy haha, especially reflecting the tagging out! I’d like to see Gill in this game someway though, maybe as the boss. I hear the boss is Akuma the boss because when you win with Pandora the “ten” symbol shows up Kinda lame for him to be the bonafide villain, I much prefer Akuma as a sort of mysterious force than randomly shows up and kicks ass, rather than the actual enemy.
I dunno, personally I think Bryan Fury and another Tekken character are in the teaser trailers we saw. whos to say only one character is getting revealed per trailer?
We know there are three characters in each trailer, but we also know they were all Street Fighter characters.
Unless they’re going to release a bunch of Tekken teasers today, they may not release them at all. It might just all be Street Fighter character reveals this time, with the Tekken reveals at some later date.
Actually, Ono said on his twitter that we will see new teasers in the **NYCC. **Maybe we’ll see the teasers and their gameplay inmediately afterwards…don’t know
