I think they either didn’t put any characters in the splotches or they intentionally made it really hard because they want Ibuki’s partner to be a surprise. I mean I’ve heard 5 potential partners: Sakura, Makoto, Karin, Elena, and even Rolento.
Ibuki’s partner is Geki get over it. 
It’s more like Capcom realized everyone with a clue knowing who’s going to get revealed might not be a good thing in regards to hype. Hopefully the rest of the half revealed teams are like Ibuki’s and Kuma’s images and you can’t tell who it is, also hopefully they stop running those damn teasers,.
Thank you! I don’t want any more teasers, no water splotches, no teaser videos (that don’t fool anyone), nothing. I’d rather people ask “When are we going to get more character reveals?” rather than “When are you going to reveal…(character shown in teaser)?”

Well that’s good imo, because if we find it out very fast, we have nothing to see for a few weeks, til they announce more characers in the next show lol.
With the whole Ibuki’s partner thing (posted this on ehubs as well)
I whipped up this image quite quickly, showing Ibuki from the trailer and from a hi-res image that was recently uploaded and linked to the main page here (http://www.eventhubs.com/news/2011/aug/16/street-fighter-x-tekken-artwork-screens-hugo-ibuki-kuma-raven/)
I colour coded it for the sake of convenience, but it’s kinda obvious in this watersplash that there’s something wavey and yellow… which kinda makes me think about Makoto’s hachimaki. Then there’s the portions of shaded cream/white which are probably her gi and the occasional whisp of black on the far right side of the splash which could be Makoto’s hair. (Click the image for higher res). The gi is a bit of a mismatch in colour, but that could simply due to art style.

If everyone is just trolling about the whole Elena thing, then I’ll be damned for being so slow. But I’m pretty sure that most people who are saying the droplets this and that are just going Texas Sharpshooter crazy… as much as I’d like to see Elena, I don’t think she’s going to be Ibuki’s partner.
Can you color code the trailer and post it up?
Just look at the top left of the hash up. Capcom use the same image for the trailer as they did in the high res shot.
I’m probably wrong, to be honest and I’d really like to see Elena in SFxTK (so I’ll happily be wrong).

Oh em gee when are people gonna realize…*they don’t do teases in other characters’ official artwork. *You’re making something out of nothing. The only thing you can speculate on is the splashes behind Ibuki in the video.
@shadowkendo - Elena is a schoolgirl and I think a little younger than Ibuki and Makoto.

Anyway, the hidden characters never appear in the official artworks, they’ll only appear in the special water effects in the trailers.
That’s what I thought, tbh.
But there’s official artwork with and without the watersplash effects. Like I’ve said, I’m probably wrong, but just saying, that’s all
Someone needs to show how the hints were hidden in the old trailers.

Hugo and Raven were the same, although I don’t think I’ll find their images right now.
Always to the left of the announced character artwork in the trailer, always their partner in the game.
Yep, and it’s obvious Capcom stopped doing them since they were easy to find. Personally I think it’s a good thing since the teasers and showing people off in the team pics was dumb as hell and hype killing.
