I will be SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED if Capcom fucks up this opporitunity to reunite the Sakura/Karin duo. It’s been far too long since Capcom Fighting Jam (Namco x Capcom nonwithstanding).

I also want to see Mika (screw the haters :razzy:), Ono likes her and she’s quite the social bunny so could easily pair with Zangief or Fuerte and she has ties with Sakura and Karin too.

What do you guys think about SF3’s Alex being put on a billboard? Would be a damn shame just to add him on scenery rather then in-game. He’d be a nice partner for Zangief, although they have no relationship with eachother.
And Bison/Urien team? Sounds cool but farfetched…

But seriously, just putting him on a billboard is gay. Give some long lost characters their moment to shine please.
I understand you - shame when such a cool character lacks a decent fanbase to back him/her up. I feel the same way with Ganryu lol (which is the more underrated character ever on the entire Tekken franchise).
I find it kinda unlikely that SF Alex pops in - he’s at a billboard, rather than appearing himself on the stage. Unless they pull a Tron Bonne on us, I’d expect for the worst. Besides… putting a tag-partner for him would be kinda difficult (yeah, Julia and Bob don’t even have any kind of relation, but whatever).
If anything, being on billboard can mean two things.
- They know the character exists.
- They’re not in the background themselves so to some, their chances are higher.
As much I’d love El Fuerte on this… I’m pretty skeptical.
I really don’t think any of the background characters will be playable. Sure, it could happen, but seeing they’re going with a “party” theme for the BGs I think they’re just there for cameos.
At least they could give him a model (like Yun & Yang), rather then on a distant background object! xD
But I can understand it. The makers probably want to focus on characters who have a nice back up of fans + characters who most people know, even though they haven’t played SF/Tekken all of the time.
At first I thought “there is no way they would make a 3d model for Alex to put it on a billboard, that is a complete waste of resources and they would never do it.” Then I remembered he already had a 3d model from Tatsunoko vs Capcom, so it doesn’t really mean anything if he is on the billboard at all. (if you look close the billboard is 3d artwork not 2d)
If they have the resources available they will put cameos in anywhere they want. Did you know the war zone stage has mega man 9 and mega man 10 posters all over? Does that mean Mega Man is in it?
Ibuki’s partner is a male from the Final Fight universe. Was not in SF4.
Kuma’s partner is a Mishima.
Karin and Alex did not make the cut.

I think it would make more sense if Ibuki was paired with Sakura instead of Elena, cuz it would help out the storyline (e.g ibuki, sakura, asuka, lili are all schoolgirls). It would totally be awesome if C. Viper was in SFxT, maybe she’s chasing down kazuya or something (It would be awesome if capcom could give her the optic blsat movie from Umvc 3 in this game :D) However, I cant think of one person to pair C viper with because she quite unique.
Personally, I’d want T. Hawk to be in this game, mainly because he’s my main in SSF4ae and he would balance out the grapplers on the street fighter side of SFxT. He’d also match with julia chang from tekken. Another character I’d really like to see is skullomania 
He would spice up the game and he would be an epic character. However I doubt both characters would be in the game D:

I think those “breasts” are just common white splotches. But I’m pretty sure about her skin color and a few parts of her costume.
It’s hard to tell when the artwork poses in this game tend to be quite bizarre.
I agree with Jamp. If there is a picture it will ONLY be in the water splotches. Just as the last four (here)
If you look carefull at this Trailer when they reveal sagat you can see dhalsim in the water splotches. Compare the images you see in the water splotches to his character ART. It’s the exact same thing, you can see part of his clothes. Same goes with Steve.
My suggestion for ibuki’s art is look for the same patten appearing in the water splotches I took the liberty of slowing down ibuki’s trailer. Good luck figuring it out
