I think both of Mika’s breasts count as a giant character, and she’s also young. Mika confirmed.
So we have Honda, Hakan, Rufus(most likely), and Birdie(lol)
I’d say Rufus or Honda considering there past together.
Possible Zangief partners based on the "Giant" comment.
Rufus - Everyone thinks he is his partner due to the cinematic trailer. And his gut can be considered quite giant.
T. Hawk - Standing at 7’ 7" no one can argue T.Hawk is a big fighter.
Urien - Urien is 6’ 11" , not really a giant but he is pretty tall. And a fan favorite and highly requested character.
Birdie - Birdie is 7’ 1" and a pretty tall fighter. Birdie also considers Zangief a rival due to their similar hair style choices.
E. Honda - While Edmond Honda is not tall, he defiantly falls into the giant category due to his weight. 400 pounds of sumo.
Haggar - Standing at 6’7" and weighing 266 lbs Haggar is something of a giant. Many consider him a Zangief clone and do not see him making into the game.
**Hakkan **- Taller than every other fighter listed except T.Hawk, and weighing more than even E.Honda. Hakkan truly is a giant. He is fairly unpopular however.
Q - Standing at 7’5"he is the same height as the king himself Sagat. He would make a very odd and interesting partner for the Red Cyclone.
Sodom - Sodom is actually seven feet tall, he is in all respects a giant.
I would like to see R.Mika, but I think it is pretty obvious they just confirmed she is not Gief’s partner.
This still keeps the hope alive for an R.Mika X El Fuerte team however.

O I’m sure it was intentional, I was kiddin around with the above comment. IIRC he said he didn’t know everything so maybe that means he doesn’t know the full roster and some of the supposed disconfirms may still be in. I say that bc likewise I want him to be wrong.

I agree, her play style would bring a lot to the table.
I wouldn’t count out Mika just yet, isn’t she a favorite character of Ono? I remember a tweet of Ono saying he still likes her. Would he troll himself? Where has the world gone to?!

Who wouldn’t like her… play style? Hur hur.
Anyway, she can be regarded as “Oh noez, another grappler” but her fighting style is quite fun and unique. Her combos do quite a lot of damage too in SFA3. I consider her as the female El Fuerte.
I’ve been in AAA game production. Modeling out the model is the easiest part. Rigging and animation take a long time. And in fighting games tweaking those animations is likely what takes the most time of all. So while I can see Sakura being a fairly easy job (you still have to tweak the hell out of those animations because SF4 system is not like the SFxT system), Sean still needs a ton of work. So don’t bet on he is in this game because the modeling is easy.
Also did you notice that Haggar and Sodom is in the background of the stage in the Ono interview at gamespot?
No way is Rufus not Zangief’s partner. Mika won’t be in this game, there’s no way.
