Anyone heard recent rumors involving Rose in SFxTK? I remember reading a tweet from lupinko a while back in which he linked a youtube video involving Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure characters when asked about the SFxTK roster (after the initial trailers of SFxTK), and thought this either meant Rose or Guile but Guile was already revealed.
Well I remember this: The VAs of Guy, Ibuki, and Rose all tweeted about being in the studio for a voice acting gig on April 6.

I think you need to unlock the additional colors as you continue to play the game, like in XIII.
they straight up said that there will be day 1 DLC colors, leaving me to believe there not any unlockables…if they are they maybe in the same vein as SFIV unlocks colors in challenge mode.
however with the lack of info its hard to say any of this is true.
People will be all over Capcom if we get day one character DLC. The bad PR will cause even more distrust tham Ultimate.
The more I think about it, there’s only 2 ways they can go with this: Unlockables or DLC **later down the road **(meaning no Day-1 DLC characters).
If Capcom is going to make Elena, Dudley, Christie, Leo, Guy, Cody, etc. DLC, they’re going to do it in a way that makes people believe they designed and worked on the characters after release. If they’re DLC, we won’t be seeing them until May at the earliest in my opinion.
If they are DLC we just need one big game journalist to go ‘Hey, Cody and Guy where in a trailer in July, what the heck is Capcom doing making them DLC’ for this all to blow up. The question is do Capcom take that risk?
IMO, DLC 6-8 months after a game’s release is much better than day 1 DLCs.
I wouldn’t mind either way, but being my name wager is based off of Lars being there Day 1, I’ll hope for unlockables so I don’t have to change my name to PsychoBSer for a month or two.
No way! For Capcom maybe, but not for us. I’d rather have the option to pay for the remaining 8 characters on day 1 rather than 6-8 months down the road. There’s little doubt in my mind that Cody, Guy, Elena, Dudley, Bryan, Jack, Christie, and Leo are all finished. But if Capcom wants to make the most money off the characters, then waiting a couple months to release them as DLC is their best bet.
Oh god, first Feng Wei and now Miguel? Why are you guys playing with my emotions…
I think Miguel wouldn’t be one of those characters. He just looks drunk.
After being teased about Cody in July, I will be pissed if I can’t play him day 1 DLC or not. My best hope is on unlockable.

I think 8 will be unlockables and 8 will be DLC or 4 and 4
It’s not a matter of if they’re playable. It’s more a matter of how long Capcom is going to make us wait to play finished characters.
Or at least Cody and Guy. SSF4 models that were hinted at over half a year ago.
Jeez where did all of this negativity come from? I picked up ipod thus morning reading the lars tweet and getting hyped, now the day is ending and we’re goung into panic mode. Stay strong everyone!
