I found two ways Rufus can use this, one with Ultra 2 and with Ex Messiah Kick. They aren’t that great but they are still useful in some situations. I couldn’t get Ex Galatic Tornado to work but i think it would be better at punishing normals than Messiah Kick would. You have to be careful with the Ex Messiah Kick one because if your not close enough they will be able to block it and its not that hard to bait. The timing on them are not that easy so pulling them off consistently is going to take some practice. I really hope this is patched in Ultra because Rufus will have a really hard time dealing with them even with out the nerfs.
