I’m a Dhalsim mainer and I’m having a debate with my fellow Sim players about the difficulty of the Rufus matchup. Anyway, they told me I should play a GOOD Rufus to clarify the matchup for me. I’m on XBOX live: Cynk22. Someone please play me.
