Get speed up(Power drain(qcb+k). Then do c.lp, c.lp, s.mk, Rouge will teleport to the other side. Dreamcast.

Dreamcast and the Arcade are one and the same. The Xbox version sucks and dont even get me started with the PS2 Version.
do you think its worth to get a PS2 version, or just buy a used dreamcast and try and find the game? i dont know which could be better/cheaper…
