I am so incredibly sad to hear this, I didn’t know him personally but I’ve seen some of his posts and he seemed like a good person, one of them was even about how he was excited to go to evo 2012 as it would have been his first evo, and I also have ran some series in ranked match with him and he was an incredibly patient and methodical player. No one deserves to die as young as he was.
I still can’t get over this. Joshua and Anton’s dedication here pretty much made me stick around regardless. Not only that, the guy had a bright future outside of his gaming life. It’s just truly fucked up.
rest in peace sk. You’ve affected so many peoples’ lives in a positive way on the forums and what i’ve seen on this thread in person and on skype etc. you will be greatly missed <3

Life is cruel sometimes, it can escape the hands of anybody at anytime.
We lost a great member of this community.
[S]Rest in peace[/S] Let the spirits guide you sk.
If there’s an afterlife, keep drillin’ !
Rest in peace SK had the honor to play you a couple of times. My condolences go out to his family no parent wants there child to go before them.
Yes, let the spirits guide you. I wasn’t a close friend of his, we never met, but I’ll always be grateful for the fact that he went out of his way to help me level up online. We played quite a few sets and had some really memorable games. He helped me, more than anyone else, to improve my Rose, and we also played quite a few Rose vs Hakan matches too. Super nice, and helpful in answering my questions. And that help will always be appreciated. The community needs more like him.
Very shocking, used to see his posts in here all the time. RIP.
Never met him, but my heart is broken for his family and friends. RIP JC.
Another reason to never take anything in life for granted.
You will be missed, SK.
It was only yesterday that we talked about plans for the future.
Can’t believe this is happening…
i remember watching him at guard crush on stream, I’m way out in cali. he looked like a cool dude, i liked his rose too
He was really a nice kid. Talked to him a few times on YT, and he was just really helpful and kind in general. Just saw him put up some classic games and other requests on his channel a few days ago only to find out he’s no longer here. I still can’t believe it. Way too young. RIP, SK. You will be missed.
RIP Joshua. I give my condolences to his family. Really sorry to hear this.
Permission to use this as my avatar in tribute?
Of course, I don’t care
Rest in peace, SK.
It’s very possible you encountered him in SSF4 on XBL or PSN. What little contact I had with him was a few fun matches at random over XBL.
It sucks to lose a community member, a family member, a friend… I spent only the tiniest bit of time with him, but he seemed like a cool guy. After reading through this thread, it’s clear he most definitely was. My condolences to those of you who were close to him.
Hera preserve us, this is absolutely shocking and such a sad news. He was an active member and very helpful around the rose forum.
I’m absolutely gutted. RIP sksksks.
Damn, I’m very sorry for his family. R.I.P. Bro. I learned alot from you. Can’t belive this shit is really happen…
