Anywho, I have a room here in Orange County for rent. All remodeled with hardwood/tile floors, new appliances, bathroom fixtures, lighting, the works. I also have a pretty decent SF4 setup (40+inch SONY crt for your lagless needs 
with 5.1 surround sound on xbox). I’m also a decent player myself which also knows other pros so you will have good competition coming by this place (ai/vid 94 crew stand up! ohh yea and you to valle :P)! You’ll probably increase your SF4 skills if you do decide to rent!
I live less than 3 minutes from chapman and a walk from the orange circle (old towne orange) so if you wanna get to the bars, pubs, or just hang out , it’s all good! I’m literally right off the 22 fwy, a 76 gas station, and an exit away is either the 57 or 5 fwys. I am also close to the 55 fwy. Essentially I am at the center of orange county. So all you tech dudes that need a pretty chill bachelor pad to impress the ladies, I got you covered
It’s ONLY $800, NOW $700 a month plus utilities and cable (roughly $100) and considering this being orange county, it’s DIRT CHEAP!
