FYI, all the Neutrik stuff on Amazon is sold by third parties using Amazon Marketplace; they charge their own shipping fees. Only a few items do the “fulfilled by Amazon” thing where Amazon actually ships it out from their warehouse at their normal shipping prices.

I was wondering if you sell the 30mm plungers with the plunger cap that snaps in. Basically I have 6 button bodies that need both of those pieces of plastic to complete the button. I basically need both pieces shown on the left.

Hey, not to be “that guy” or anything but, the rollieelectronics website is quite a pain to navigate in google chrome. Maybe I’m the only one or I haven’t updated something. I get a “page unresponsive” kill page prompt, which I don’t want to do, as much as I do like seeing the google chrome default “Awwww Snap!” did-not-load thing.

Hey, not sure how this works, but I ordered stuff in the cart and put in all my information. I got an email about my order but the “total” came out to zero dollars, so I’m not exactly sure what to do at this point. How exactly do I pay for the parts?

Basically John will take the email and calculate the total and reply to you in the email on how much to send to his paypal account.

After reading mastermind’s post, I checked my receipt as well. There was no state listed, but hopefully I’m assuming you’ll see my paypal info and know it’s supposed to be sent to NJ, right?

Also, as someone who’s doing this the first time, will you send me tracking info when the order has been shipped out?

I have sent an e-mail and a PM (on srk) reguarding my order (#69). On previous orders it usually took 3-4 business days to receive my order, Payment was sent the weekend of 4-30-11 and still have not gotten the order, I understand there is a possibility of uncontrollable circumstances which would delay my order. Just wanting to know what the status is, and if they have been sent already what the tracking number is.
