GGs tonight everyone. Spontaneous 5v5 was badass, even though I was playing sleepy at first. Good to get some exp with my basketball chuckin too.
In regards to Sunday gatherings, I’m totally down for it, but I’d need a ride there and I’d have to get back before work at 11 (this weekend at least, I’m off every other weekend). I can hook up some gas money, of course. No worries if it’s not doable, I still got a lot of lab work to do as is. ^^
Yeah was definitely a good time last night. Glad to see Kirk out there and surprisingly no Jamal. Coincidence? I think not. Glad that Everrett could come out(Hope I spelled his name right) its good to play against other VA players even if they don’t really play AE.
GGs guys. Got some good 3S:OE practice with no lag which is always amazing. The 5v5 was a lot of fun as well, I wish we could attend on Sundays but unfortunately we’re going to be out of town this weekend. Hopefully next weekend if its going on.

So all the US teams were knocked out in the first round at SBO. It really hurts how free we are. It’s probably because we don’t have enough twin players :rolleyes:
Well Yun/Yang won, I for one, am totally surprised. I’m pretty sure that at the highest levels of play (Japan only) the twins are insanely broken. Interesting that the biggest changes in the twins will really only affect the top 1% of play.
Yeah Single Elim tournaments are rough… they were also locked into the characters they played to qualify. SBO is not really the same as US tournaments not AS friendly.
Agreed. I know that I would fail hard at Single Elimination, but Japan is in a different league. I’m a fan of character lock though.

Yeah I’m game. I don’t play much SF3 online, but we can set up a time and i’ll be on. My GT is the same as my forum name. Also make sure your NAT is open so we don’t have to bang our heads against that.
I saw that the NC guys are doing a tournament on oct 1 down there. I would like to go down there once I have a new job to play against those guys. Especially after playing some of them at the past Richmond tournament. I think it is about 4 to 5 hours to get down there which isn’t that bad.
