I still randomly play #R on my PC, laptop, and XBOX.
Regarding investing in a Japanese PS2…which is more like a liability instead of an investment, why get a japanese PS2? Just get a flip mod for the US PS2. They exist for the older PS2s and the new slim PS2s.
Does anyone even consider GG Isuka as being an actual game? I still think it’s fun, albeit a bit on the retarded side. I even picked up GG Dust Strikers for the DS for about $8 brand new from a sale. It’s not bad, but it plays different from Isuka. Isuka feels more like a GG game than Dust Strikers.

Reactor: you can mod a slim ps2 with masking tape and tissue paper, it’s pretty simple. You’ll need to pick up some swap disks (www.swapmagic3.com) to play imports/burns/whatever, but it’s cheaper than a mod chip. Here’s some more info: http://www.geocities.com/pstwoslimline/tapetissue.htm
