korean tekken5 player NIN won… ^^
according to one of my friend who was there watching the tornament,
everyone would cheer when NIN loses a round lol.
but NIN’s Steve still defeated the second place’s Bryan by 3-0…
while i was reading sbo2005’s second day’s thread, some people were saying things like:
"aa… yesterday was a dark day in history…"
and “…that was national humiliation…orz” ^^;;;
i bet all of the complaining were done in the day one’s thread, which i didn’t pay attention to…
Anyways, leaving Rochester tomorrow night. It’s been fun meeting and chilling with you guys. The GGXX days were a blast. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll be sure to let you guys know.
You’re leaving? Congratulations! It’s the end of an era. This transition is likely the most jarring, since now you have to enter the real world and expand from the semi-independence of collegiate life. Well, I guess that’s a one sentence distillation of the countless letters and cards you must be getting so I’ll stop.

I had an absolute blast in our GG marathons of old, so thank you for that and those awesome roadtrip sessions. Those marathons improved my game by orders of magnitude and really helped me to put into words what I can and can’t in all subsequent fighters (which prolly would’ve been more helpful to you if I had that down back then, sorry). Hope you can find a new fighter to enjoy competing in, maybe the new arcade GG?

Is it me…or is the PS3 an ugly machine? I was laughing at the XBox 360…but now the XBox 360 looks waaay better to me now after seeing the PS3. I honestly have no idea how anyone can play any game on the PS3 controller! Hopefully you can use standard PS 1 & PS 2 controllers on the PS3.
What has everyone been playing lately? Wondering if anyone still plays Tekken 5 or did everyone start playing PSO Blue Burst? It’s been pretty quiet lately, but I think everyone just went back home. I’ve been in my own little world lately so I am out of the loop.

i blame fate for losing my copy of tekken5…
but i also got its message… i suck at 3d fighters and should never touch it again unless they made a 3d ggxx in which case would be totally different and might be possible for people like me to learn.
MP6 (Mario Party 6)!!! Wow…didn’t know people actually played that! It’s been really odd around here. People are playing Rave and Smash Bros. Melee and FFXI. Only other game I’ve been playing is Zelda: Minish Cap and Wario Ware: Twisted. I tinkered with Tekken 5 a bit, but I think I can’t get into it. I think I’m biased towards VF since it feels looser to me, but all I know is that I can’t hit people in Tekken…and that is bad in a fighter.
I’ve been reading…and reading…and reading…and uploading DDR vids onto my web server. Had a minor mishap with this, but it seems okay now. I think I’m gonna just give the site to someone else since I’m getting hit up like crazy and people don’t like the fact I capped the bandwidth on my server. At least I know I can run my site now I’m working on getting it up this weekend. Should be cool.
Wondering if anyone wants to work on a project or two? I know Joey is interested, but if anyone is interested in doing some Java stuff or web development, give me a holler.
Main game lately is Wario Twisted tho Ira & Zach are setting lofty records I gotta tackle. Is Fire Emblem’s death system frustrating? Considering a pickup.
I finally opened my Resident Evil 4 that I bought back in January. A lot of ppl day it’s really good, but I miss the style of the older Resident Evils.
