Xombified can’t make it due to a performance that he needs to be in at UCLA starting at 8.
James Chen cannot make it due to personal reasons.

These are the two situations due to time constraints:

UCSD makes it before 7 - original rules which was 2/3 evo/level up style

UCSD makes it between 7-8 rules will be cut down to first team to be eliminate the opposing team wins

Thank you UCSD for responding and being able to meet up on time.

Time to clarify some issues people may have concerns about:

  1. All matches will be recorded by our good friends from Fed Ex Fight Nights.

  2. The rules will be done the original way I intended it to be. 2/3 Evo/Level Up style.

  3. I will be there at 5 and I suggest that most of you guys try and make it by then so you can all get your games in and warm up. Set ups for warm ups will be up for you.

  4. This is a public event. Anyone can come, the more the merrier imo.

  5. Food court around the Zot Zone closes pretty early so you’re gonna have to go across the street to get food. In N Out, KFC, Jack in the Crack, and alot more goodies are in the University Center.

  6. To most of you parking is gonna be a huge issue. My suggestion is to go park in the University Center and walk across the campus (there’s a bridge connecting the two). Park so it’s not obvious that you’re walking across to the campus so walk into the plaza and head to the bridge from the inside( you will all see what I mean when you get there).

I also decided if the event is unfortunate enough to have less time than intended it will lead into the following friday as well, with only the 2 finalists competing. The date that MAY be used is the 23 of April.

This event is also open to the public IF it needs to happen.

don’t park close to the bridge either (aka next to Lee’s and In N Out) and you’ll be fine. once it gets dark you won’t have to worry at all.
