This loss hurts a lot, damn this year already.
When I was working at a gas station this seven year old girl of a friend of mine loved David Bowie, I’d always put his music on when she came in and make her mad by saying I could change it to Miley Cyrus.
Friend and I from HS also got really into Bowie and other music that kept us talking and bullshitting through the years.
Lot of memories I enjoy tied to one great artist.
This fucking hurts. I don’t usually cry for celebrities but I do for this man to my surprise. It’s a testament to his huge influence on my life. Bowie to me was one of those artists that growing up I could identify with, I felt a little more normal and a just a little less lonely in this world knowing he was with me. I will miss him dearly, but love him for the rest of my life. Goodbye my beautiful spaceman. RIP
I had just went to take a shower, and now that I return I find David Bowie is dead. I feel dirty again.
