I played t5 pretty seriously for a while, but I still haven’t played DR

I’m pissed VCC took out all their fighting games.
No SC, no T5:DR, no Marvel, no SF2:HF.
Hopefully I’m not the only one here who is horrid at SFIV.

and Hoan DID try to help Jonathan…whenever he’d beat him and say something to the effect of “stop rushing down”. however, when someone (and i know Jonathan will see this and not care that i’ve said it) is told to do something in a game and rejects the advice they’re given, and then just falls back on “well, he’s gdlk @ 3S, there’s nothing you can do about it”…i’d probably refuse to help myself.
oh, and i said Hoan was “good” @ 3S, and that he handed me my beginner beatdowns…i never said Hoan = J. Wong

Tried to do that with Dimmu too, such as “hey, dont sweep when Chun has meter” or “stop empty jump parrying against Chun” or… “pick ken”
But don’t put it all on Dimmu though, when Spectre has a mental block when it comes to selecting any character other than Sean or Dan, or accepting that someone can actually become able to hit confirm moves with practice.
That gave me headache. lol.

at the moment, nobody in VA is really playing DR. i’ve literally played more TTT this year than i have DR…and i’ve played TTT maybe 7 times. and yes, i’m counting the DR and TTT tournaments from the SoVA event i participated in, lol. i’ll be playing BR when it comes out for sure. not sure yet if i’ll try to travel for it, but it seems i’m gonna be playing nonetheless. i’ll be making random trips to RVA over the summer time, so hopefully if i make it out to one of these RVA gatherings i can show someone something if they’re interested…if not…then my Honda can learn something.
speaking of learning…Moose and Robin are active again RVA peeps…i suggest you call off from work or whatever bullshit reason you can come up with and go game with these guys when they say they’re available.
