I was practicing my balrog strings.
i’m not going to keep going with this debate, but i’ll just make a few points.
i told you i spent a total of 7 seconds finding another laptop that would beat your laptop pure power and would be cheaper and i did that, i could come up with much better options but that was literally the first thing that came up, which should show you how laughable your claim of that laptops greatness is.
you obviously don’t play any pc games other than easy-as-fuck to run valve source games because you would struggle to run crysis or metro2033 on very low settings. and i wouldn’t brag about running anything at that resolution. it’s not exactly hard to do.
i really don’t know why half of your argument is you stroking your dick over battery life, because anyone that plays games would take performance over battery. and no games aren’t super cpu dependent but your when your cpu is that shitty they are. i mean honestly i would love to hear the most demanding game you play on that laptop. it’s an overpriced computer just admit it.
there’s no point in arguing with you because you buy prebuilts. anyone semi-serious about pc gaming will instantly discredit you for that reason alone.
if your point is it does what YOU want it to then i don’t know why you’re debating this.
Metro2033 is largely DX11, so yeah, it’s gonna crap on this. @Crysis, I’ve run medium/high settings at 35+fps, but of course that’s Crysis. And who the fuck would want to play those games, those games are shit and are only used to benchmark. The games that matter, like WoW, SC2, MW2, TF:2, SFIV - all run at or almost at High settings amazing, whether it be on the 11" or on a 42" TV at 1080p. An 11" laptop is doing that at High settings. Think about it…
And you’re overhyping the prebuilt aspect. Like it’s some type of godsend that you can plug shit into a slot. My little niece plays Operation, wtf is the difference? Making your own rigs are great, and fairly easy if you know what you’re doing - it has nothing to do with “credit”. Lol. The only difference is I save the time and effort by not making it myself and I don’t have to deal with lugging around a tower.
Last point, who said I paid MSRP for this? Overpaid, my ass. Haha, I’m trying to get fair market value. Bike money, nigguh. Speaking of which, do me one better and recommend me a good place to buy a bike - my sis still needs one and I know you know your bikes better than your computers. Obviously (sike, haha, you ok…).
Jesus Chriiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiist
Everybody going to Strange Matter tomorrow?
lol please you don’t know shit about pc gaming if you think your shitty laptop is a quality gaming computer. you also have terrible taste in shooters, mw2 is terrible, wow is terrible, tf2 is nub as shit. seriously you sound like a cal-o scrub with those casual games.
you don’t understand quality at all so why don’t you go buy a huffy from wal-mart. here i found you a shitty bike to match your shitty laptop.
Walmart.com: 26’’ Huffy Women’s Cranbrook Cruiser/Comfort Bike, Mint Green: Bikes, Scooters & Skates
also did you not see when i said you can buy that same model for less than you’re trying to sell it for? seriously you lose just stop, no one wants your shitty pc
I’ll take three!
dsinnie and Dzyne said you two can have their tampons
:looney:
:wtf:
…that is all.
lol you guys
are they going to be running ssf4 on ps3 or 360 at strange matter?
Alternatively, if you guys are really apparently running the Scott Pilgrim game in order to attract new members, I am SO getting in on that shit.
Does anyone wanna come down to Strange Matter on Friday and play something?
After the VCU pep band meeting I’ve got at 4, I have to wait for my brother to do his college classes before I can go home, so I might as well hang around.
oh wait herp derp I’ve got that backwards.
I’m basically going to be downtown all day because of my brother’s college classes, and then I’ll leave at around 4 or so.
I’m requesting somebody bring Guilty Gear next time a bunch of us are at Strange Matter. Puh puh puh please, Eddie!
(Double pun)
Wh-wh-wh-huh?
Hey gents,
I’m semi-new to the area and I’m a long retired Guilty Gear player who would like to get back into not only GG, but start up with BlazBlue. Do you guys ever run BB:CS @ Strange Matter? (and would it be 360? That’s the only system I have a stick for anymore). I played the original for about a week >_> but I got decent at it. Same goes for CS; I’ve played a few days but my offense isn’t bad. Just have to learn how other characters play so I can defend. Seems like you guys get together Tuesdays? Just let me know and I’ll come to the next shindig if I can get my broke arse there.
this is a long shot but do you play table top games and know michael beskin?
and yeah tuesdays and people run blazblue
I use to play Table Top but don’t know anyone named Michael Beskin. I still play some boardgames and random CCGs on occasion. (Jack of All Trades here) :karate: Sorry to disappoint!
Cool. Maybe I’ll show up next Tuesday @ Strange Matter. Do you guys bring a TV or is something there? I’ve never seen any setups other than the Arcade machines they have set in place.
Yeah, people bring stuff and set up on the stage.
F.Y.I we need to start doing things on Sundays!!! That is all
We do. Cary town cafe is trying to start SSF4 on sunday from 8 till like 130 or 2am.
