Not to sound ungreatful to PJC or Shankar, but our biggest goal is to run the only tournaments in history that start as scheduled and end at a reasonable hour. It’s probably a lot harder than it sounds, but I think it’s practical if ambitious.
We should be setting a date for the first one soon.

i sent this crazy pissed off email to tilt and got one back from the vice prez of game operations
i told them tilt is ri’s best arcade and thats sad
he sent back he will try to send some new games including cvs2 and possibly alpha 3
if this shit gos through we will have a place to have tourneys and a place to meet up and play finnaly
heres to hoping ri turns around if the shit happens we can all play at tilt now
so keep an eye out meun and the rest of the gang

Right now the (tentative) date for the first Cumberland tournament is Saturday, May 3rd. That’s more than three weeks away, which should give people enough time to make plans. I’ll make a thread in the Tournaments and Events forum when we’re absolutely sure.
we have a bunch of talented gamers in RI, but there is no localized place to play and plus we are scattered all around the place-maybe someday before online play takes over…mouen ill call u on fri like 3:30-4:00ish when i get back from work, brimg the dc sticks so we can rock cvs2 and some redbull it should be intense
