B is right. Tilt Is throwing a T5 tournament on Jan. 2nd and 7th. The winners will have 2 saved spots to go to the regionals finals.
With that said…
Denjin click will also throw a Marvel vs Capcom 2(AC) tournament on Friday Jan. 2nd @ Tilt. There is also a cvs2 machine there so I’m open to runnin that game as well. Sorry no ggx#, SF3, or CFE; Since those games are console. Let’s get a good turnout on that date(1/2/05) and I’ll talkt to the manager to see if we can set up a station to run console tourneys for the 7th…

i hate the sticks on marvel; the buttons to be more speciific (they are not responsive for lp+hp, which revolves on any character i play, like mag’s dashes, supers, etc). james shit seems on point, i don’t know know how he copes with them, but i know for a fact that the sticks suck. if you are serious about this tourny, i know people will come, when they do, there will be complaits about the sticks unless we do something.
True, I AGREE… but on the other hand there has NEVER been a tilt tourney for any games as far as I know. This might be the only chance we’ll get to throw a tourney for Marvel or cvs. Jason(the manager) is leaving around the end of Jan, I think.
I just wanna have a fun tourney for all the people that haven’t gone to out of state tourneys… Lei and Gary(Tilt’s Champ) come to mind. hopefully he’ll have money this time.
HOPEfully Brandon will be back by then, and it would become B’s welcome home tourney.
For all the people that aren’t familiar with Tilt’s controlers, I guess now they have been warned about the sticks. I say always bring your own stick with you.

there was a mvc1 tourney back in the day sav took it, i remember all teh RI peeps seeing double war machine for the first time, too funny
tourney sounds like agreat idea considering we dont kno what the next manager is going to be like, getting the sticks fixed has to be a priorty(cvs2 sticks r fuced as well) and i dont kno without ggxx reload if the tourney will draw CT players
I’m coming to the t5 tourney #r or not, and I have been playing way more cvs2 then #r so CvS2 is good enough for me. Just please have the sticks working… me and Nestor played mvc2 and none of us could even wavedash or fly or super…
I’ll see what I can do about Marvel.I will NOT run CVS2 it if the machine stays the way it is now. Last time I checked p1 side had a hard time going forward or jumpin up fwr. p2 side has a problem with strong. If cvs get’s fixed I’ll do it.
MC2 is fine(lol) as far as everything working. but I do agree with moeun the response i a little off.

i can’t dude. as much as i miss # reload and just chillin with the den-jin, i have been working evry fucking day for the last two weeks because of the christmas season; double after double. and i’ working again monday. on days i do get off, its just me getting sleep, then work again later the same day, so in a way its like not really having a day off because on a night i have off i get to sleep but the following day i have to go back at night. wtf?!? what i’m trying to say is that i have been realy tired latey, i think i’m out of shape. :sad:

josh, i think fridays are best simply cause there is people up the ass in that mall. there is good comp here if your a T5 player, not just the ri crew but the locals as well.
i think i might swing by the tilt later today at like 5-6 if anyone cares.
