capcom fighting evolution is alright. It moves fast, kinda like alpha 3, and it has cool feature. Rock that one for fun, but it’s nothing serious IMO.
dominator in T5 @ tilt is moun or animalattacktics. From all the footage i’ve seen i say the most rocked charecters are Jack-5, nina, jin and, bob.
too earlie to tell who is really woop-ass cause nobody really knows what going on yet… i find Lei is working really good against most people, with the exception of jack-5. I think nina has a lot of potential cause she seems faster AND she has so woopass combos (1/2 health+).

I’m a huge Tekken fan now. It even made me forget about my current fav game(CFE). I’m trying to beast with Craig(in memorie of you). I can only do so much since I have minimal knowledge. I missed crapp 4… I mean T4. This dude Animalattacktiks told me I had I really good Craig. I laughed out loud. I told him my boy that’s in England is the true Murduck player.
Just to tease you… you can now grab out of the air in T5, so… (craig) after launch 1,1, grabb LOL. Scrubb 101 that shit. I say you hurry back so you can beast with Craig/Brian/and BAEK when he’s out. Or even Roger JR.

yeah B, T5 top tiers is definatly nina! that shit is too good. so many options: good pokes, strings, mixups, throws, you name it. she has so many variations compared to all the other characters. steve, is good too 1,2,1 and while rising 1 is still the same, plus his new moves. mid tiers are definatly king, brian, jin, bob, jack. thats all i can say with confidence right now. the characters i did not mention are still debatable. becasue i honestly don’t know yet.
hheellll’s no Steve isn’t good in this game. I use to play him A LOT in T4 and they toned him wayyy the fuck down. like hes slower, not as powerful, he’s lost reach, and they changed up a bunch of his moves which really fucked me up. like his 4,2 ends up hitting high instead of mid. WHATS THAT ABOUT?!?! that was like his bread and butter stunner move. But thats just my opinion cuz i use to only play steve. Same goes for lee, hes not as good as in T4.
By the way, theres a UMASS dartmouth tourney next saturday, which includes games like 3s, tekken, and maybe others i’m not sure. Ask animalattaktics about it when you guys see him. Atleast this is closer than philly.

but fucking raven, he looks fucking awesome, his moves are confusing as shit, and it looks like he going hihg but then hits low, looks like hes going need time to recover, then pops out some weird shit and launches you.

Lei is at least mid tier, he got stright upgraded in tekken 5, 3 new quick pop-ups, blocking from drunken stances, lots of damaging stuff, crain links in corner… crazy shit.
Yeah henry, raven looks really good, thats the next char i’ll pick up. I’ll play him this week if i cvan when nobody is at tilt.

no one got toned down in my opinion. the game is just more refined. the game has been out for a long time now, just not release because it was being tweaked all the time for the better. i still think steve is potenially a top tier because he still has all the necessities. plus, you guys didn’t even take into account his new shit, which will probably no doubt hold him through. you guys are playing him like he is in T4. this is T5. add in some new shit and you’ll see what i’m talking about. the same goes for lee. if you try to play him like in T4, of course his shit is gonna be off. whats the point of making a sequel if not to mix it up a little?
BTW, i won’t be going to ralphs today. i have some catching up in school work to do, because of me playing T5.
i wont be staying at ralph’s for too long, ill prolly b at the tilt at 5 and bounce to ralphs at like 7 and stay there till 10 the latest

nate - still playing with lei… as everyone’s elses game evolves and they work on new stuff i always see you perfecting what you know how to do best. i hope that works out for you this time as lei sucked ass in the last game. i dont think namco is allowed to let him suck 2 games in a row so im sure that will all work out. if they hooked him up this time and you got him down like you always seem to then you could be dominator.
moeun - nina is always the blonde bomb that bitch has been good in every tekken she has been in. although she is always considered mid tier with the right skills she can hang with every character and frustrate the hell out of any player. its no surprise that she yet again getting the job done. as for the other characters you listed i would like to see most of them doing the damn thing but I need to see it to believe it.
shankar - marduk suits your personality well. haha if you beast on people you can just laugh at them and that is always fun. and of course you will be beasting cuz it’s marduk. glad to hear that i showed you how fun marduk and even tekken can be.

I told him he’s gotta go though an initiation test, as a joke, and me and james got a good laugh… but serious tho…before considering an initiation test (and I have a good one planned for fun) I think we should invite 'em to session and stuff.

Perfecting what I already know… that reminds me of some similar stuff james was saying a while back after barnage: I go for damage a particular way every time… True in retrospect, my tactics need a bit of evolution, or diversity. I plan on polishing up my lei tactics as usual… but to keep it moving and evolving i plan on picking up raven in the short term. :karate:
