D- I feel you on troy kinda sucking. IMO I think Brad was the best part of the movie. Him and Eric Bana. I think the movie just had a bad director(Wolfgang Peterson-the same guy that did the Perfect Storm), but I did enjoy it. Kool fight scenes.

Hey, I only checked back a few pages, so I dunno if anyone posted this yet, but in case you’re interested…
The game store in downtown Woonsocket (I think it’s called Game Zone? The one that’s down the street from the Bemani place, Tokyo Game Action) got some arcade machines in. I guess the owner wants to set up a little place for people to chill. They’ve got some pinball machines and Dance Maniax which weren’t working yet, but they’ve also got three Neo Geo cabinets (I heard there might be a fourth as well). Those are up and running. Among the games on the cabinets are Metal Slug 5, SamSho5 (and 2) and KoF2003. All for 25 cents a game. Might be worth checking out if you’re in the area.
shankar- troy waz aight, it kinda sucks when people ask what waz good about it and have I to say “brad pitt” like im some boy crazy teenage girl…az for ecc it looks like i kant make it cauze my man is having his bachelor party that friday and my homegirl birthday is on that sunday, but i think moeun wants to go granted he’s the “best of mass,” and paul is a no limit solider so he’s down for whateva-wish i can go to rep and check out all the indian girlz in jeresy but my man would wup my azz

as for the posting about the gameaction store in woonsocket, as far as i know there no interest in RI for snk games-its pretty much all about ggxx but if there was some tourney down the line im sure players here will take notice
The guy there seemed pretty friendly. He might be open to suggestions for games.

i just came back from tokyo game action and the game action store and it was better than i thought it was going to be…which was strange cuaz they had all the games i like.for a bunch of small stores they had good arcade games…i was pleased.by the way if any one wants to play me (im not that good by the way…) ill be there probally thur-sun so come by and say hi…my name is kevin by the way lol
i’m thinking about going over to MIT this fri. maybe arrive there around 7-8pm till about 11pm or something for a chance to play lots of people.

only all of them. there is a gamming community there on it’s campus, and they always play on friday evenings. however, if you ike snk games, you might be out of luck. other than that, competition there is abundant.

ecc was mad fun. I don’t play or really like ggx but, Kenji the dude that won the ggxx tourney is nasty! He plays some dude with 2 fans I forget his name. I have the vids so soon enough I’ll bring them up to RI so you niggas can peep them.

ecc would have been really hurt for us if we went (accroding to past experiences ). although paul did gave me a last minute call to see if we were actually going or not, everyone else was just busy with other things. i fear denjin has lost its flair for competition (i hope that is not the case :().
