Why don’t you guys set up a weekly fight night in RI? You could use the bubble tea resturant as a stepping stone. Get the state on the map and bring out some new blood!

My cousin has a friend who I guess owns the Chinese Community Center in Cranston. He have hosted a little brawl tourny there before and he also asked my cousin if he wanted to host a SF4 tourny, which we might plan for some time in Jan/Feb. I could also try asking about having weekly sessions or something as well. I’ll let you guys know.
