Negative, the Tony who is now a mean Ryu played Akuma is A3 and is not asian lol. He ocasionally picks Akuma, but his main is Ryu.

i’m not really sure i know they make the PS3 version. you should call and ask, they probably do but if they don’t it ain’t hard all you need is a 360 PCB which costs $10-$20.
