Soo 2013 was not all it was cracked up to be for me and upon finding stealth nerfs to Lili (Andante hit box shrink and a juggle point used to relaunch in combos–very important coupled with other announced changes) and having ex angel knee buff become a borderline gimmick. I plan to drop her from competitive play as she is a liability as a partner.
She is still a very strong character imo. The walk speed increase they gave her was really nice but she no longer has what im looking for in a teammate. If anyone has any questions regarding this character feel free to tag me in a post in this character section board.
I will run her through one last ranbat to make my decision final.
