I’m not playing Dan, but I love if people pick him and play me, especially if they’re good and actually beat me.
I also never quit playing at all, I at least finish the game, even if I totally get owned all 2 rounds, haha.
I think I’ll be picking up Dan for the lulz, just cause.
Just got my first hate message. I beat some Ryu player with a lot of throws and the knee of justice. He sent this warm-hearted message: “your mom is a cunt gay ass shit through fucking retard”.
In response, I said “Don’t let the loss get to you. I lose all the time.” And he apologized! Imagine that!
This happened over a 3 day or so period after I put his flowchart Ken into the ground. I guess some people really can’t handle losing to the superior techniques of Saikyo.
I find it kinda amusing how he emphazises the death of your family by cancer all the time.
In any case, I played Dan online today, and what happened on the first page was happening to me, today, too… they first played recklessly, and when they lost, they played far more careful in the second round, haha.
One player always chose random.
Hey mexiwontsrk, majinssj6goku, and spc_ronin I hope you guys don’t mind me adding you haha… I’ve been working my dan and I don’t think he’s god-like yet, but annoying… I hope we can spar sometime for me to learn new tricks of the trade haha… I play Zangief, El Fu, and now DAN! haha he’s got a lot of issues to work with, but he’s so fun to play it’s always a challenge to play against anyone that’s why he’s so fun… what a work out… haha…
Bang Shishigami is a character in BlazBlue, another fighting game. For all intents and purposes, he’s that game’s Dan, except he takes it so far that he has a Super Combo that powers him up and causes his theme music (a Japanese ‘giant robot’ style theme that sings his name repeatedly, among other things) to override whatever the stage’s normal theme is, at twice the volume of anything else in the game.

When people post in SSF4 Dan threads and say they want Dan to get a “Dan Install”, that’s what they’re talking about.
