I have the RE2 port on GC - it’s basically a straight port of the DC version without all the extras the DC version had.
That extra survival mode had Barry in it didn’t it? I have the DC version but I haven’t fired it up in years.
It was actually Chris, not Barry. Plus he had no recoil when firing the custom shotgun, unlike that pansy Leon.

Chris is in RE2GC Battle Mode as well - I thought Wesker was one of the unlockable characters in RE2DC Battle Mode?It’s been years since I played the DC version, however I scored a brand new copy of RE2GC from Gamestop about 6 months ago for $20.00. They still have RE3GC but I never cared for that one.

I dunno. As much as like the killing power of the .50 S&W, nothing tops the destructive force of the RE2 upgraded shotgun RE2. I never had so much fun killing zombies with that weapon.

A true stalker. Not these little chainsaw guy minibosses, that are easy as shit to take out, and are not that common

Nemesis was like the pinnacle of BOW engineering.
Too bad as it got more damaged, it reduced into typical Tyrant behavior.
He looked cooler. Was scarier imo, and I think when you were fighting him as Claire at the beginning, you had to deal with him with shittier weapons so he was harder to take down. I remember Nemesis came after you pretty early on in 3, but you could just dodge him, though he would keep following you and that kept things intense. I don’t think you can dodge Mr. X, though I haven’t played 2 in a while.
Krauser vs. Chris, the battle of the roided out characters. who’d win?

I agree that Mr X was way creepier. He always walked methodically, like a hunter stalking prey that it knows can’t get away.
I just watched Degeneration. I enjoyed it as a movie-depiction of the games, though I admit both the story could’ve been better.
