I already was hoping for an RE4 Wii version when the Wii came out…the thought of aiming and whatnot would’ve been easier…on top of that…I was kinda hoping I could fling my remote (or nunchuck) to use grenades…oh well…it doesn’t disspoint. I’ll pick it up later this week.
i dont know if it was the dood who sucked at the game or whatever but the mobility on wii just seem lower than the other versions cuz towards the end of the vid the guy started looking like a five year old playing mvsc2.
In Under the Skin with the alien Cosmi you could take over Jill and Carlos’ bodies and fart in Nemesis’ face. More fun than should be allowed. So Nemesis loses points for allowing that to happen.
Under the Skin’s a fun game but hella short. The RE3 stage was nice though.
you can’t go based on what you just see…something like this needs to be experienced for yourself…so don’t knock it til you tried it…if anything you CAN change the controls and enjoy the best version of RE4!
Well, it did take me a little bit to get used to the controls (about 15 min). I’ll have to check the video out, but I think the mobility (if I think you’re talking about what I’m thinking) is about the same as the GC version. The aiming is pretty great though, its just like the GC version (stand in place and shoot), but the accuracy is much better, and faster. And you just flick the remote to reload.
Just thought I’d chime in on it. If its not appealing to you, to each his own.
Lol Under the Skin is like super short so it’s not worth a purchase to be honest with you. It’s a rental or at best get a used copy for dirt cheap. Well you won’t miss much by skipping the entire game don’t worry about it. It’s a very weird Japanese game like Katamary Damacy or Elite Beat Agents minus the charm and addictivness. Not a bad game but not a great one. Um, 7 out of 10 I guess and that’s being generous - mostly because of the RE3 cameos and farting in people’s faces throughout. :looney:
Yeah I think Wesker’s the only one who can actually fight. Jill mostly runs away and shoots when she has no other option, it’s hard to think of her as a fighter really…
Her appearance in MVC2 was straight up comedy. “OH NO A ZOMBIE IS GONNA EAT ME! I BETTER GET OUT OF THE WAY SO IT COULD EAT CYCLOPS!” Yeah it was worth seeing her in the game just for the joke of it, and her voice actor was good. Who can forget “I’m a member of S.T.A.R.S!” :lovin:
The strangest RE Cameos were Bruce McGivern and Fong-Ling in Namco x Capcom, though oddly they made that one work somehow. I even like Bruce a little more because of NXC. I’m still not going anywhere near RE Dead Aim though.
