Actually, I was steering more towards the opening intro which was in cg and didn’t matter what system it was on. The gameplay itself felt similar to RE2 and the graphics may have been a little more polished but the story was good.
I give Jill props for taking on the Nemesis though and I think they probably removed that dodging because it made the game too easy or not as fun (I’m guessing.) They should really try adding it again with tighter timing like CVS2 parrying or something. I just liked doing it on the dogs since they were quicker.
I wonder if they’ll ever do a multiplayer story mode or online mode with all those characters. I’d call dibs on Claire.:rock:
BTW i didnt notice, i hope the person in a cloak is jill cos it was THE CLOAK PERSON beating up chris and his partner NOT wesker, look carefully, should of known cos wesker’s hits would of fatally wounded them for good

that movement makes you think wesker is in the next few frames after that but it isnt.

You know, one of the things that sucks (for me anyways) is that RE is steering away from zombies. It’s now parasites that can be controlled. I liked the whole zombies out of everyone’s control theme. I mean the gameplay is great but I just want zombies and the virus.
I’m not exactly afraid of either but the villagers have emotion and are actually scared of things while the zombies don’t give a @#$% and would just go after you regardless.
I guess I’ll have to wait for Dead Rising 2 to get my fill. :lol:
yeah but zombies are slow and not challenging. Unless Capcom decides to make zombies like the ones from the Dawn of the Dead remake where they just straight run after your ass.
I like these new enemies and its for the best since it is keeping with there new storyline of moving away from Umbrella’s past to the new stat quo of bioterrorism.
The cinematics were quite engaging. Usually I look at the movies and prey they show SOME type of footage.
This time I didnt know if I wanted footage, or to get more of a glimpse of the story. Couple things tho…
–I need a plot twist. PLEASE. Either bring back Jill or Claire, or Leon dies at the end. Sheba needs to live!
–New sexy villian and Wesker needs to be bosses.
–Hope there are more “driving” and “special missions” as opposed to the running and gunning. Im thinking a rescue mission or two, some “protect” missions, some “sniping” missions, some “kill everyone” missions, some “sneaking” missions. .etc etc

Had the greatest arsemnal of all Stars, took on an entire city, and took down Nemesis. And she had the dodge, which I loved. I hope it makes a return with stricter timing, like someone said earlier.

Co-op is one of the confirmed features in this game but so far it’s just between Chris and Shiva. As long as both can kick ass then it doesn’t matter to me who is included (but Hunk would be pretty cool).
I’m not sure how they would explain the same merchant but the system was interesting. Maybe a merchant shop that you can trade in goat bladders and chicken heads for weapon upgrades?

the way she’s circling the guy at the start of the trailer and pulling her arm away is screaming ALICE! but let’s just hope it’s not… let it be jill please CAPCOM!!!
the other reason i think its alice is because the blonde girl in the previous trailers was in a sort of container thing like the clones of alice at the end of extinction.
