Basically you select the duo option and set the game to private. Once you create the game session, they’ll be a menu where you see your items. All you gotta do is go the friends list and invite me to that play session.

Yes emblems are there each time you play the level, so you’re missing one. Probably the one hidden in the green hut by the dock area. You can’t see it at all except a sliver of it from one angle in the back.

Being the only American team at the top of the Leaderboards is funny, I have new message and friend requests in my Inbox every time I log into Live. Trying to get first on Missile Area and Village, we are the 5th place team on Missile Area and 8th on Village at the moment.
If any SRK people want to do Mercs hit me on Live with a FR, just say you are from SRK though.
Wesker Midnight > the whole cast except Tribal Sheva/Jill Battlesuit on Experimental Facility and Wesker S.T.A.R.S. on Ship Deck.

is it because of the mines + super speed? …
or could it be his +5 sec. melee attack? hmm then again, stars wesker has that as well but his pistol gives more damage
Cobra Strike is how the Japanese are getting those crazy high scores with Midnight Wesker. Cobra Strike is the fastest one hit kill move in the game and has the ability to kill 3-4 enemies in a single hit if they are lined up correctly.
Both Midnight and S.T.A.R.S can do Cobra Strike but it’s much easier to land with Midnight’s H&K than it is with S.T.A.R.S.'s Samurai Edge. The H&K allows you to stop incoming attacks and still get a Cobra Strike off. With the Samurai Edge it needs to be a single shot for it to allow you to get a Cobra Strike off but if you shot the enemy to stop an attack or shot them in the shoulder accidentally then a second shot will kill them and you will lose out on the Cobra Strike/5+ second bonus. The margin for error in trying to land a Cobra Strike with the H&K is much larger than Samurai Edge. S&W 500 handles boss enemies a lot faster and better than the Hydra/L.Hawk if you are accurate, that is why Midnight>S.T.A.R.S.
Finally, a good explanation for all that midnight controversy.
I thought that the reason for the slight advantage were the mines since you can have them all pursue in line and kill them in combo fashion. But I didn’t knew that his handgun was more prompt for Cobra Strike than STARS.
So the tiers in Mercs are:
Top Tier:
1)Midnight Wesker
2)STARS Wesker-Cobra Strike, Magnum and Hydra. Still a beast, just not as beastly as Midnight.
Mid Tier:
3)Tribal Sheva
4)STARS Chris-Only because he has the Magnum to rack up points from the sub bosses.
5)Battlesuit Jill-Good sniper rifle.
6)BSAA Jill-80+% of critical with pistol, not shabby with machine gun and flash grenades a plenty for Plagas mutations as consequences. If you love pistol action, this is your character, plus she’s fast and her melees line up perfectly for headshots, same for Battlesuit.
7)BSAA Sheva-Better Sniper rifle and machine gun for melee than clubbing.
8)Clubbin Sheva
Low Tier:
9)Safari Chris-After the 2 rockets we are back to just shotgun action. Bah!
10)BSAA Chris-Shotgun and grenades which take time. Plus he’s slow moving. Easily the worst.
I don’t like BSAA Jill. Her handgun means that if you get the critical shot, you just lost your melee kill. She also has absolutely no means of emergency fast killing (other than praying for a headpop with the Px4) to keep a nearly-lost combo running.
I never had problems with long combos with BSAA Jill (20+) but is true that she isn’t as good with melee kills unless you’re heavy on the machine gun and that creates problems with crowd control at times. Plus, not being able to kill sub bosses fast enough with her arsenal creates problems when trying to get those huge scores.
That’s why she is mid tier, LOL!
I like to refer to her as the female Hunk in this version of Mercs sans neckbreaker. BSAA Jill as she is + RE4 Hunk neckbreaker would be broken.
