Ah, i must’ve missed it. I’m just wondering who will pair up with Ada, I’m hoping we can choose any character since the story is her own anyway.
Yea not quite sure why the extra difficulty wasn’t unlocked from the get go but I haven’t even finished pro yet so no biggie.
If it’s on the disk and finished, no reason to make us have to download it at all. Should just be part of the product. I don’t care if I sound like a nitpicker. I’m gonna be the best fucking nitpicker that ever lived.
According to Capcom, it wasn’t finished. The download is necessary to complete it or whatever. I have no idea how a difficulty mode can be incomplete
Playing Diablo 3 at release, you would personally know how difficulty can be unfinished. It probably is unbalanced as hell and they need to tweak it. I wouldn’t be surprised if it comes pretty unbalanced and cheap, with enemies with guns. Having it be easier for them to send you to the ground by gunfire is gonna be infuriating. If you don’t tech roll you probably are gonna almost die.
I find that hard to believe. But we’ll find out for sure when it’s out.

Well isn’t that the Ada clone/Carla Radames anyways? Maybe not but still, story seems confusing to me. I assumed blue dress=Carla.
I’m pretty sure there is a new enemy involved that can’t be killed or something, present in all four campaigns.

thats a good guess but wouldnt they have to retweak ada’s entire campaign with new dialouge, cutscenes, and grappling hook sections? unless her partner gets a grappling hook especially on that chainsaw bus fight…
damn son…your leagues ahead of me…lol im thinking about just going full professional and quiting my veteran save since youll get both achievements anyway if I finish it on professional…

Edit: Actually i think i played agent hunt with someone on amatuer…that shit was wack. I have lv. 2 offense and dude still wouldnt die. He even got hit with a rpg…then i stomped him and he STILL got up…not even in dying mode from all that
You only do like 1/4th of a bar every time you attack on amateur.
my favorite agent hunt is on chris campaign in that airplace hangar…Lord Zedd is OP…all I do is run into one of their field’s of view…they see me and start chasing me and then I lead them into the group of soilders near the back…then they just jump the hell out of em…their partner is to far away to revive him so two Lvl. 3 offense slices and he is in dying state

Finished jakes mansion stage today on professional, it was quite fun being chased down by agents as me and my online partner were looking for those emblem thingies. It’s too bad that hiding doesn’t seem to hide your whereabouts, or does it?
If they super advance hand to hand combat and super advance environment interaction then next gen resident evil could be super amazing.
What they should of done for agent mode is instead of making the monster sluggish they should of required you to fight to control the plagas while trying to hunt, the sluggish movements makes it feel like its badly made when its just like that for balance

That’s a good question. Hadn’t thought about that before.
I think the hand to hand combat/environment interaction is fine as it is now. Giving us anymore options with melee runs the risk of turning this into Dead Rising or Devil May Cry lite. What Capcom needs to do is stay focused and bring back the creepy factor and tone down some of the blockbuster qualities. The combat is already more dynamic than any other third person shooter out there. Just the prone game alone is killing everybody. I’ve never seen so much control while prone in a video game before.
Well it would be hard to fight something in you that isn’t there (Las Plagas isn’t what makes the J’avo tick… it’s all that magical C-Virus) and if you are going to play as a zombie/j’avo you should act exactly like how they would in the game. Zombies are undead shambling creatures that can barely walk and run. Capcom didn’t “cripple” the movement for balance. You’re a gat damned zombie. That’s what makes AH work. You have to cope with whatever card you are given and make the most of planning your attack. It’s not supposed to some 1 on 1 duel.
